Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest verified one may be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the point of registration and to keep this information current throughout your membership. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. bajisolt may require verification of any or all of this information at any time.
3.3 Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. bajisolt will never contact you to request your password via any channel. In the event that you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at support@bajisolt. bajisolt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to operating a safe and reliable platform, bajisolt may request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership — including at the point of account opening, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Standard KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation may include a copy of your national ID, passport, a recent utility bill, or a bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.4 Currency
All transactions on bajisolt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bajisolt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is your sole responsibility, and bajisolt accepts no liability for exchange rate differences or conversion fees.
4.5 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bajisolt reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after the applicable notice period has elapsed. 5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on bajisolt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the relevant betting or game section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bajisolt:
- All bets are final once confirmed. bajisolt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet unless the market is subsequently voided in accordance with applicable sporting rules.
- In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, bajisolt reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts.

- Winnings from sports bets and casino games will be credited to your bajisolt account balance promptly following settlement. Settlement timescales vary by event and game type.
- Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement will be voided, regardless of the displayed odds at the time.
- bajisolt uses certified random number generators for all applicable casino games. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform or by players.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
bajisolt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game contributions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. 6.3 Bonus Abuse
bajisolt operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets to qualify for bonus conditions without genuine risk; using automated software to systematically exploit promotions; and any other conduct that bajisolt determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to exploit the promotional system in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, bajisolt reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, close the player's account, and recover any bonus-derived funds already withdrawn.
6.4 Promotional Changes
bajisolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are personal to the account holder to whom they are addressed and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajisolt platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your bajisolt account.
- Money laundering: Using the bajisolt platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds obtained through illegal means. bajisolt has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, or sharing account access for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human intervention.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit made to your bajisolt account. bajisolt will contest all unjustified chargebacks and will close any account from which a chargeback is received.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, display error, pricing error, or system glitch to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be void and recovered.
- Underage access: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your bajisolt account.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
bajisolt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
- Detection of duplicate account activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bajisolt will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance that was accrued through legitimate play (excluding any bonus funds and associated winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the conclusion of any investigation period.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at support@bajisolt. Voluntary account closures will be processed promptly, and any verified withdrawal-eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
bajisolt operates as a safe and reliable platform and takes all reasonable steps to ensure the continuous availability, accuracy, and security of its services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajisolt excludes all liability for the following:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
